It's That Website Guy

Professional websites. Practical software. No unnecessary complexity.

I help businesses and organizations turn ideas into working digital tools. That can mean a professional website, a better customer intake process, an administrative dashboard, or a custom system built around the way the business operates.

I founded It's That Website Guy in 2026. You talk to the person doing the work. I have shipped 20 or more sites. Northeast Ohio is home. I also build for people outside it.

What I build

Not every item is in every price. A landing page is not a portal. If the job is bigger than a normal marketing site, I say so before we start, and it is a custom quote.

Pricing

These are the published starting prices on itsthatwebsiteguy.com. I don't promise a date until the scope is written down.

Landing page

From $100
  • One page.
  • Built to work on a phone.
  • A way for a visitor to reach you.
  • Usually a few days. The studio site says 2–3 days for this shape of job.

Full site

$500 flat
  • A business website, not a single landing page.
  • Built to work on a phone.
  • Lead forms.
  • Basic search setup.
  • A normal marketing site takes a few days. The studio site says 3–5 days for an eligible project.

Named in writing before the build, and not assumed inside the flat price: how many pages, whether I write the copy or you do, how many revision rounds, the domain, hosting and care after launch, and any third-party tool such as email, booking, or payments. If I'm not the right person, I say that too.

Work you can open

I don't publish a client's name here unless that client has agreed to it. These are live sites I operate, so you can see the work without a private case study.

This site

Command OS

Still building. No public screenshot, so it stays a line and a waitlist, not a product page. It is the system I am building for the spreadsheets a service business runs on: the jobs, the promises, and the follow-up.

The intake is on It's That Website Guy. I read what you send and write back with scope and whether I can take it. Starting the intake is not a booked project.
