Open for select builds and operations work
I run operations across regions for TTR Shipping, I build websites and software under It's That Website Guy, and I lead a men's ministry called The Refinery. Same person in all three rooms. The difference is the work, not the standard.
If you want someone who will say what "done" looks like, tell you when it slips, and stay with it until it's actually done, that's me.

Operations
Regions, customers, and the lanes under them. High-value and time-critical freight included.
Started at TTR in 2010. In the work since 2000.
The Refinery
An online men's ministry. Scripture, and other men leading.
1st and 3rd Thursday, 9:00 p.m.
I don't put on a different voice for a dispatch call, a kickoff, or Thursday night. My wife Samantha and our daughter Olivia would notice if I did. Running freight taught me that a delivery is a string of small promises: a window, a customer, a crew, a record. Building sites gave me a way to stop some of those promises from breaking. The Refinery is where I get asked whether any of it is worth the hours it costs at home.

Operations
Regional Operations Manager, Northeast
I started at TTR in 2010 and worked up from the desks. In 2016 I left and started First Class Logistics in Connecticut with partners. We sold it to TTR in 2020. I came back in 2021. Same desks. Other side of the table.
The title is Regional Operations Manager, Northeast. The desk covers more than one region: customers, service lanes, and the supply chain between them. ITAD and e-waste. Medical equipment. High-value shipments. Time-critical freight. When the job is a project, I run that too.
How the work actually runs
Systems
Founder. I build it.
I got tired of businesses talking to an account manager who then talked to a developer who then guessed. So I built a studio where you talk to the person doing the work. Sites, portals, search, hosting, and the unglamorous systems behind the site. A landing page starts at $100. A full site is $500 flat. Twenty-plus launched. A normal marketing site takes a few days, not a quarter. If it's more complicated than that, I say so before we start.
What I actually build
Ministry
Founder
Thursday night is the point. We meet online, open Scripture, and talk through the questions that don't fit in a group text. That's the 1st and 3rd Thursday at 9:00 p.m. Eastern. Other men lead parts of it now. I started it because I needed it. The books came later, for the days between meetings. They have their own page.

The line
I have been in logistics since 2000. Freight, time, and the promise about when it shows up.
I started at TTR in 2010, on the desks. I wasn't running the region.
I left TTR in 2016. With partners, I ran First Class Logistics in Connecticut.
We sold First Class Logistics to TTR in 2020.
I came back in 2021. Regional Operations Manager, Northeast, across more than one region. Customers, service lanes, supply chain, high-value and time-critical freight, and the projects that tie them together. ITAD, e-waste, and medical equipment sit on that desk. They are not the whole desk.

How the work actually runsMost small businesses don't need a twelve-person digital team. They need one person who will look at how the work moves, write the scope down, and build the thing. Landing pages from $100. A full site is $500 flat. A normal marketing site takes a few days.

What carries over
Say it before the job starts. In writing.
When I miss, I say I missed, and I fix the thing that caused it, not the sentence.
The people at home don't get whatever's left. They get a person who came back.
